1. Constructed 100 Nos. of 5000 Ltr. Capacity tanks in Kuttanadu under VARSHA (Govt. of India Rain Water Harvesting for Drinking Water) in 2007-08 for Kerala Water Authority.
2. Constructed – 6 Nos. of RWH Tanks with total capacity of 90000 Ltrs. in various Govt. Schools in Alappuzha District for Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) in 2008 – 2009.
3. Constructed 15 Nos. of RWH Tanks in Pattanakkadu Block with total capacity of 180000 Ltrs. under HARIYALI (Water Shed Development Programme of Govt. of India) project in 2007 – 2008.
4. Constructed 25000 Ltr. Capacity RWA Tank in Alappuzha Mannancherry Govt. H.S. under moderisation Govt. Programmed (MGP) of Govt. of Kerala in 2007 – 2008.
5. Constructed 1 Lakhs Ltr. Capacity RWH Tank in Fish Processing Centre Kattoor, 50000 Ltr. capacity RWH Tank in shell meat Processing Centre, Muhamma and 30000 Ltr. capacity RWH Tank in Coconut Processing Centre, Muhamma for MEDICOM Project (Under Govt. of India SGSG Programme) piloted by Aryad and Kanjikuzhy Block Panchayats, project undertaken by COSTFORD
6. Constructed 100 Nos. of RWH Tanks in Andhakaranazhy under Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund (PMNRF) 2008 – 2009 for District Collector, Alappuzha.
7. Constructed 25000 Ltr. capacity RWH Tank in KSEB Power Sub Station Pathirapally for Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB).
8. Constructed 63 Nos. of RWH Tanks for individuals all over the State having a total capacity of about 3.5 Lakh Ltrs.
9. Constructed 70 Nos. of 5000 Ltr. RWH Tanks in Alappuzha District for the local self Govt. institutions under Kerala Peoples Plan.
10. Construction of 223 Nos. of 5000 Ltr. Capacity RWH Tanks for coir workers implemented by Kerala Coir Workers Welfare Fund Board.
11. Construction of toilet complex and RWH tank in Govt. VHSS Kodamthuruth in Alappuzha district at a cost of `3.30 lakhs.

Baby Friendly Toilets (BFT)

1. Completed 824 numbers of Baby Friendly toilets all over the State of Kerala till March 2014.

Girl Friendly Toilets

1. Constructed 28 units of GFTs at a unit cost of `40,000 under SSA minor civil works in Alappuzha district.
2. Constructed 15 units of GFTs and 11 units of urinals under Tsunami Rehabilitation Programme at a unit cost of `50,000/each in Alappuzha district
3. Completed 32 units (in 9 schools) of  GFTs and urinals in various Govt. schools under Paloly Muhammad Kutty committee recommendation.

Boy Friendly Toilets

1. Constructed 47 units of BFTs at a unit cost of `30,000 under SSA minor civil works in Alappuzha district.

Habitats

1. Constructed 13 Nos. of Total Ferro Cement houses in Kainakary, Ramankary, Veliyanadu, Arayd in Alappuzha Districts (total plinth area 4350 sqft) during 2006 and 3 Nos. in Vyttila and Pokkattupady in Ernakulam Districts (total plinth area 3500 sqft) during 2007.
2. Constructed 2 Nos. of residential buildings in light weight RCC framed structure formula in Champakulam and Vadackal in Alappuzha District during 2008-2009.
3. Constructed 17 Nos. of habitats for Alappuzha Municipality at a unit cost of Rs.125000/- under the project construction of 100 houses in Agathy Asraya Project during 2010.

Other Buildings

1. Constructed a commercial building of 3000 Sq. Ft. plinth area in Kuttanad for NSS Karayogam Champakulam in light weight RCC frame with fillar slab technology during 2009.
2. Constructed the super structure of KGOA Hall Thiruvananthapuram in ferro cement.

Sanitary Latrine

1. Constructed 100 Nos. of low cost sanitary latrine with septic tank at a unit cost of 12500/- in Andhakaranazhy under Prime Minister National Relief Fund (PMNRF) in 2010.

Preparation of DPR
The DPR for IHSDP (Integrated Housing and Slum Development Programme ) Cherthala Municipality for Rs.482 Lakhs was prepared and got approved by the Central Sanctioning and Monitoring Committee, Govt. of India under the technical verification of HUDCO. The project is being implemented now.
